Is it too late to join?
Yes, the Consortium has finished its work optimizing, producing data, and publicly releasing it. There are two new Consortia to consider:
- OASIS (‘Omics for Assessing Signatures for Integrated Safety): Together with HESI, we aim to test Cell Painting, transcriptomics, and proteomics to assess the toxicity of compounds for pharma and agchem. Learn more here: https://oasisconsortium.org
- VISTA (Variant Integration for Screening Therapeutic Approaches): We aim to use image-based pooled drug screening to correct localization phenotypes associated with human disorders. Contact imagingadmin@broadinstitute.org for more information.
When will the data and code be publicly available?
Partners had access to data and code from November 1, 2021. From November 1, 2022 the data and code is publicly available (see Results tab).
