Is it too late to join?
 

The Consortium has finished its work optimizing, producing data, and publicly releasing it. Join our email list (below) to hear news on options to join the next phase of the Consortium: together with HESI we aim to test Cell Painting, transcriptomics, and proteomics to assess toxicity of compounds for pharma and agchem via the "OASIS Consortium".

 

When will the data and code be publicly available?
 

Partners had access to data and code from November 1, 2021. From November 1, 2022 the data and code is publicly available (see Results tab).
